I’m excited to offer another giveaway for my readers for this beautiful French Green Clay & Green Tea Soap Bar.* The soap is made by Etsy seller Theraganics, and the giveaway is sponsored by the lovely Ruby of Naturally BeJeweled.
Here’s a little bit about Ruby, in her own words:
My name is Ruby Groves. I run a site called Naturally BeJeweled, that is geared towards soapmaking and using natural and organic products and ingredients. My site helps soapmakers, cosmetic makers, and everyday consumers understand natural and organic ingredients and the best ways to use them. It is a great resource for those wanting to move towards more natural or organic products, as well as providing soapmakers and cosmetic makers easy access to important information for their trade and hobbies.
The products I am giving away are just to show readers the types of products that can give your skin benefits without using harmful synthetic ingredients.
Ruby has generously offered three bars of this beautiful soap – which means THREE winners! Here’s how you can enter:
1. Visit Naturally BeJeweled, come back to this blog and leave a comment here describing something that caught your interest.
2. For a second entry, either become a NBJ fan on Facebook, or follow Ruby on Twitter. You must leave a second, separate comment for this. If you have BOTH Twitter and Facebook, and you decide to “fan” and “follow,” this still only counts as ONE entry. (We wanted to be fair to those who don’t have Twitter accounts.) If you make two separate entries, one for Facebook, and one for Twitter, the third entry will be disqualified.
3. For a third entry, you can do one of the following:
a. Blog about this giveaway. Be sure to leave a comment here linking back to your post.
b. Tweet about this giveaway using the following message: #Giveaway @5Seed from @NaturallyBJewel: Green Clay & Green Tea Soap http://bit.ly/ajlf1K
c. Post about this giveaway on your Facebook page AFTER you have become a Facebook fan of (or rather, “liked”) NBJ, and be sure to add the tag @Naturally BeJeweled, so it will appear on the NBJ Facebook page.
You only need to do ONE of these things to qualify for a 3rd entry. If you choose to do all three, it still only counts as ONE entry, and subsequent entries will be disqualified.
TERMS:
1. You must be a resident of the United States or Canada.
2. Any entry without a valid email address will not be counted.
3. Each comment counts as ONE entry. Each person is limited to three entries.
4. Entries that don’t follow the instructions will not be counted.
5. Comments must be made on THIS post, here at this blog. Not on Facebook.
This giveaway will end on Thursday, June 3, 2010, at 6 p.m., PST. Three winners will be chosen by Random.org.
Good luck, readers! And thank you, Ruby!

Wow, I didn’t have to think twice about subscribing to that blog, what a great site! Really, what’s not to love? So far I am impressed with the soap making resources as I am getting my supplies together to try making my own, this site will be invaluable. I’m also really going to love all the info on essential oils. What a great new find, thanks for sharing!
ouuuu- LOADS of information on this site about soapmaking and cosmetic ingredients. I especially liked the info on almond oil and her honest product reviews. I really liked how it wasn’t all “this is perfect- buy it!”. which is nice to see.
ps- i totally tweeted about the giveaway- was i supposed to tell you here?? lol, i am not good at the whole “tweet this” part!
Yep, perfect, Lisa! You have to come back to comment again if you Tweet. Each comment is an entry. Thanks for spreading the word! I love her site, too – so much stuff there!
thanks for the giveaway! i’ll retweet the link
i appreciated the sites educational stuff, too: learning about the uses of chamomile and almond oil, par example.
woo hoo!
Love the hair care recipes on her site!! Will have to try some out if I can find all of the ingredients.
I follow NaturallyBJewel on twitter now.
I tweeted the contest!!!
I was drawn to the information about essential oils since I am working on my certification at present. Wonderful info! Saved the link
Following on Twitter (angelmroczka)!!
Tweeted!!
Something that caughte my eye was the Recipes section, esp. the recipes for Healthy, Shiny Hair Rinse and for Dandruff Hair treatment. I am going to bookmark this site because I would love to try some of these recipes.
I read up on the natural skin and hair care articles, posted on her site. I have sensitive skin, my man has (really) bad exema, and my four month old boy has baby exema.
I cannot use harsh soaps on my skin or i get big red itchy puffy patches on the palms of my hands and soles of my feet, so I was happy to learn about Carrier oils (I didnt know about that) I really want to try some ideas out and see how her advice works for me and my family!
Just became a fan on facebook too!
I love how thorough this web site is, especially drawn to the ingredient profiles. It’s fascinating to read about the characteristics and properties of common plants and herbs like basil, thyme, vanilla, and aloe. Thanks.
I really like her article on blending essential oils. I tried throwing some different scents together once and it did not end up how I imagined it would. Then, of course, I found 5 Seed solid perfume, and now I smell FaBuLoUs!! Today was a Butterfly Sankalpa Scent day
The coffee Butter. Omg. To smell like coffee all day would be Amazing.!
All products found on NaturallyBeJeweled site contain the highest quality ingredients and are free of harmful synthetic ingredients.
